Return & Refund Policy

At Papool, we work very hard to curate only the best and finest quality products for you. Each product goes through tenacious quality checks before we dispatch. In case you receive a defective product or you change your mind after placing the order, we are here to help you.


Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as you received them, and in the original packaging.

Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Verify return/exchange eligibility by entering your delivery pincode on the product page.

Attention: All products under offers/clearance sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return/Exchange Process:

To initiate the return or exchange process:

  1. Log in to your profile and navigate to the Orders section.
  2. Select the specific product or the entire order and provide a reason and relevant pictures for the return or exchange.
  3. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 24-48 business hours.
  4. If approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup.

Reverse Pickup:

Pick-up: We provide reverse pickup to most pin codes. The shipment will reach us within 7-10 business days as per courier company policy. Pickup will be attempted twice. If the courier service cannot pick up after two attempts, you must ship it back to us.

Self-courier: For pin codes with limited serviceability, you may need to courier the parcel back to us. We will add Rs.100 to your credit note for self-couriering the shipment.

Exchange/Refund:

  • After your return request is approved, the product will be picked up within 2-4 business days.
  • Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, the Quality Control team will verify it within 1-2 business days.
  • After verification, we will process an exchange or refund.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange:

  • The new product will be dispatched only after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Refund Options:

  • Refund to Wallet: On receipt and verification of the product, your wallet will be credited within 1-2 business days. This coupon code will be valid for 6 months and can be used only on our website.
  • Refund to Bank: Refunds will be credited to your source account within 2-10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • For COD orders, the refund amount will be added to your wallet, or we will share a refund link via your registered email address.

Sale Items:

Items purchased during flash or clearance sales cannot be exchanged or returned.

Modify/Cancel Orders:

To modify your order, cancel it first and then place a new one.

  • To cancel an order: Log in to your profile, navigate to the Orders section, select the order, provide a reason, and cancel it.
  • Canceling is only possible before the order reaches shipped status. Beyond that, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Upon canceling a prepaid order, the refund will be credited to the source account.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Papool reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
